To access the full features of the 3D Jili Platform, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 3D Jili Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 3D Jili employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with that individual will be suspended, all bonuses forfeited, and any winnings derived from bonus funds may be voided.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 3D Jili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify 3D Jili immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3D Jili is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by 3D Jili may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
3D Jili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). 3D Jili does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on your payment account must match the name on your 3D Jili account.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 3D Jili reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice posted on the Platform.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. 3D Jili aims to process approved withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya on an expedited basis. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are subject to standard banking processing times. 3D Jili reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal.
Withdrawals will not be processed where: (a) the account has not completed KYC verification; (b) the account is under investigation for suspected fraud or prohibited conduct; (c) active bonus wagering requirements have not been satisfied; or (d) the withdrawal request does not meet the minimum withdrawal threshold as published on the Platform.
All account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions on the 3D Jili Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). 3D Jili does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.
3D Jili may offer bonuses, free credits, vouchers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Bonus credits are not withdrawable. To convert bonus credits into withdrawable funds, you must satisfy the wagering requirement specified for that bonus. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (and deposit amount where applicable). Only wagers placed on eligible games contribute toward wagering requirements. Contributions from different game types may vary and will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.
3D Jili reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; using low-risk betting strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers.
Vouchers issued through the 3D Jili Voucher program are subject to individual voucher terms, including validity periods and eligible games. Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts. Expired vouchers will be automatically removed from your account without compensation.
All games available on the 3D Jili Platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure that all outcomes are random, unpredictable, and not subject to manipulation by 3D Jili or any third party.
Each game available on the 3D Jili Platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, 3D Jili reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager amount to the player's account. Winnings generated as a result of a malfunction or software error are not valid and will not be paid. 3D Jili's determination in respect of malfunctions is final.
3D Jili is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection, device failure, or any other technical issue on the player's side during gameplay. Where a game round is interrupted due to a disconnection, the round will be resolved according to the game's standard disconnection rules, which are detailed within each game's help section.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3D Jili Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:
All content on the 3D Jili Platform, including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video content, is the exclusive property of 3D Jili or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 3D Jili Platform without the prior written consent of 3D Jili. Any unauthorized use of 3D Jili's intellectual property may result in legal action.
3D Jili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. 3D Jili may be required to disclose player information to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial institutions in compliance with applicable Philippine law, including anti-money laundering regulations. Such disclosures will be made without prior notice to the player where legally required.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3D Jili, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
3D Jili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 3D Jili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 3D Jili's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
3D Jili reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably determines that: (a) the player has breached these Terms; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent or illegal purposes; (c) the player has provided false information; (d) continued operation of the account poses a regulatory or reputational risk to 3D Jili; or (e) required by a regulatory authority or court order.
You may request the closure of your 3D Jili account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus credits) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and compliance checks.
Upon account closure, all bonus credits, vouchers, and promotional entitlements will be forfeited. Closed accounts may not be reopened without 3D Jili's express written consent. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register during the self-exclusion period.

Where a dispute relates to a game outcome, 3D Jili's records shall be the primary source of evidence, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.
